UNICEF Armenia announces a Request for Proposal to support development of social protection sector strategies of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia

UNICEF Armenia announces a Request for Proposal (RFP) to support development of social protection sector strategies of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

The purpose of this assignment is to support MoLSA and UNICEF in the development of the overarching labour and social protection sector development strategy and the strategy for the development of the integrated social services in the country, including conceptual and monitoring frameworks, in line with national and international commitments and requirements and in alignment with the sustainable development agenda. More details are provided in the attached LRFP.

Interested organizations are invited to submit their applications to the below mentioned e-mails latest by Thursday, 30 September, 18:00.

IMPORTANT NOTE! Technical Proposals should be sent to the following e-mail address: procurementarmenia@unicef.org. Financial Proposal should be sent to the following e-mail: gavanesyan@unicef.org. Please mention LRFP 2021-9170033 in the subject line of your e-mails. Duly filled Bid Form should be submitted with both Technical and Financial Proposals.

All procedures are in detail described in the attached LRFP. It should be noted that proposals not complying to the application procedures will be considered as invalid.
