ARMENIA INTER-AGENCY RESPONSE PLAN FINAL REPORT

UN Armenia and Partners are pleased to present the Final Report on the implementation of the Armenia Inter-Agency Response Plan (IARP) between October 2020 and December 2021.

The IARP was designed and implemented as a complement to the efforts of the Government of Armenia and to comprehensively address the needs of 90,000 persons who arrived in Armenia as a result of the conflict in and around Nagorno-Karabakh (NK).

The Resident Coordinator’s Office (RCO) and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) as co-leads of the response brought together 41 operational partners under the IARP. Five humanitarian thematic working groups implemented assistance in close coordination with national and local authorities such as municipalities as well as other stakeholders.  

A total of 40.4 million USD was mobilized to benefit both the refugee-like population and the local communities. UN Armenia thanks all Partners for their contribution.
