The updated MigApp – the UN Migration Agency’s app for migrants – is available for download
The application is free of charge and aimed at migrants who want to learn about country-specific migration services and other information.
The application - a multi-lingual global on-line platform, which serves to provide useful information to migrants about countries they plan to visit or reside in - is available on Google Play and AppStore.
The MigApp is a smartphone application, developed by the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) with the support of Norway's Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of its EMERGE project (Enhancing Migrants’ Rights and Good Governance in Armenia and Georgia) to strengthen national capacities in the fields of migrants’ rights and to meet the needs of migrants heading to Armenia and Georgia.
The application is free of charge and aimed at migrants who want to learn about country-specific migration services as well as other related information.
The application makes it easier for migrants to make informed decisions during their journeys by enabling access to safe and trustworthy migration-related information and services such as medical information, country specific data, voluntary return, emergency contact information, and contact points for migrants in their destination countries.
